Beach Vacation

We had our annual family vacation at Virginia Beach this year. We stayed in a gorgeous 11 bedroom beachfront home. It was huge and wonderful and we didn't want to come home.

Joseph and Zachary are 3 months apart in age and have started to notice eachother a little more. They enjoyed playing together when they weren't accidentally hurting eachother.

We spent a lot of time on the beach since it was so close. I mean this was the view from our balcony! It was so nice to open the sliding door in our room and just listen to the waves.

The twins were a little nervous about the waves at first. We had to work with them, but after a couple days they were jumping right in.


Joseph on the other hand LOVED the beach. The only problem we had with him is that he kept eating the sand and there was nothing I could do to get him to stop. I guess he needed a little more salt and sand in his diet.

Elizabeth and Lauren spent a lot of their time at the beach collecting shells. They found some really pretty ones and I am now trying to figure out where to put all the shells Elizabeth brought home.
